At Northern Monk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise or damaged goods. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for any issues with your purchase.

If a return is approved for non-perishable gear, ensure the items are unused and placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
