MINNESOTA WILD ALE
Three Threads is a blend of three different barrels of methode traditionelle spontaneous ale brewed in 2018 and 2019. Each barrel possessed varying characteristics which when blended together brought out our signature Minnesota Spontaneous Ale profile.
Extended bottle conditioning coaxed aromas of cave aged washed rind Taleggio, Grapefruit rind and peach tea kombucha. Flavors are soft cedar tones with balanced stone fruit acidity and peppery carbonation created with Minnesota Goldenrod honey during bottling.
Pair this ale with Belgian Carbonnade or steamed PEI Mussels.
