Northern Wild 006 is an experimental collaboration with our friends at Hogan’s Cider, bringing together two fermentation traditions in one unique release.
We co-fermented Hogan’s apple juice with our own Northern Monk wort before ageing, creating a distinctive beer-and-cider hybrid.
The result is a complex, characterful drink shaped by wild yeast from apples and Brett Bruxellensis. Expect bright apple notes and tart, funky flavours layered with subtle smoke and a gentle malt sweetness on the finish.
Every 750ml bottle is hand-numbered, making each one exclusive and unique.
